PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We send products to end consumers (B2C) only against advance payment by bank deposit or credit card payment (PayPal).
Shipping takes place 1 to 7 working days after receipt of payment.
The transit time with the shipping service provider depends on the service provider and is usually 1 to 3 working days.
Payment options for business customers (B2B) are treated according to the offer or regulated separately in delivery contracts.
For larger orders, we reserve the right to charge a deposit.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS
For end consumers, the statutory cancellation conditions for online trading apply.
Details are regulated in the cancellation policy, which can be accessed at any time via the online shop.
The same cancellation conditions apply to business customers unless other cancellation conditions have been agreed in offers or delivery contracts.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an item, we will make an exchange or refund you the price of the goods and the cost of return postage (standard mail - and please keep the posting slip!). This only applies if all items are returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging, including a copy of the invoice. Please note that exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
